I. Introduction
Managing an ecesis without respectable motive is like pilotage without compass. You might eventually find your destination, maybe with nifty luck, except there will be an amount of time work-shy and your subordinates will lose faith as they are faint-hearted of the trail.
Ethics in business signifies good work for good life. A good work that is worth satisfying and a good life that is worth living, thats why ethics is essentially important. Ethics have quickly become a major topic in organizations today since they define our honourable principles and our rules of conduct.
In todays fast-paced, competitive and demanding business milieu, employees hobo find themselves facing difficult honourable dilemmas and number of ethical issues.
As a manager the ethical work environment of the organization is a key concern. Organization must be led and managed with integrity and consistent adherence to ethical standards. As a manager I must serve as a role model, which foster and support the organization that non only provide quality service and maximizing gain at all but also promotes the ethical air and practices of individuals throughout the organization.



As a manager I should be the functional custodian charged with the responsibility of creating an organizations ethical conjunctive. This would entail both promoting and fostering the development of those ethical behaviors and actions that any organizations need from each employee if it is to achieve its strategic importance with cartwheel and integrity. To that end, I intend to take the following steps in creating an ethical working environment.
