Shadowing

For my recreation shadow I chose to shadow calamus Griffin. Barb is the special events coordinator from blue thistle change recreation which is located in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Blue ash recreation center is a asseverate of the art facility with a gymnasium, exercise facilities, and an outdoor pool. Blue ash hosts a number of events. Some of the tumescent events accommodate Summerbration which consist of c at oncerts in the summer, Taste of Blue Ash, which brings in numerous local restaurants who set up booths and give everyone a try out of what they offer, and Red white and Blue Ash which is a large fireworks display for Fourth of July. I will be generally focusing on these large events since the women I shadowed is in charge of these events. I will discuss a solar day in her shoes and some of the behind the scenes actions for planning events. This is a day in the life of Barb Griffin. Barb is an suddenly amazing woman. During my shadowing we joked that she is the main conductor leading the orchestra, she is in charge of so many different groups that she can coordinate beautifully to get the job done.

When I first arrived for my shadowing I already had an itinerary of what we had planned for the day: 8:00am- arrive at Blue Ash 8:30am- Blue Ash ambassador Meeting 9:30am- Begin review of projects that Im currently working on (Events, Sponsorship, Design of spic-and-span Clubhouse) 10:30 am- Set up for Employee Event 11:30am- Employee Event 1:00pm- Clean up event 1:30pm- Continue review of projects 4:30- end of day We started off at the Blue Ash Ambassador skirmish. The concept of Blue Ash ambassadors is to bring all the businesses in Blue Ash together.
