Leadership Activity

My preferred normative leadership style in this date would have to be the Participative style. I like how the leader is supposed to consult with the group members to gather all their suggestions. I am a very hands on type of learner, and I like that the leader would always be in that location fashioning sure everything was running smoothly. I can also bring step forward down on myself sometimes, and with a leader that is always there making sure everyone is happy makes me prefer this. My Leadership attain was a 43, which means that I have an average situational location as a leader and a manager. To me this means that I would be lenient towards my employees and I would want to be there for them when they needed me. I would take my job seriously, but near like my leadership style choice, I would want to be there for them and my employees to be there for me.
I could see myself by chance changing my style to a supportive style if I needed too. I also like how the leader of the positive style seems to define emotionally connected with his employees. I savour like I am a stressed out person and for somebody to be there for me when I am having a rough time to see how I am doing would be nice. In this self-assessment I learn a hand out about the four different types of leadership styles.



I learned that when it comes to leadership styles that I do not want someone who is going to just be a leader, but a friend as well. At my current job righteousness now, I am extremely close with my managers and my fellow employees. This helps me sharpen at my job and perform as well as I know I can. The leadership style I learned that I would want the most would have to be the Participative Style. It is what most fits me and how I imagine my leader would treat me and my colleagues.
