Project Planning in Teams
Project planning in groups have to have a basic foundation. I believe that this foundation have to be rooted in the fundamental elements that humane life is create on, and that is physical maturement, humane development, and spectral development.
The physical development is in reference to the minimal ability to control the natural forces and desires of the body, Martin Luther queen regnant Jr. in his verbalise Eros to Agape calls this direct Eros and the Holy Quran calls this train ammarah, the humane development is in reference to growth in making clear and just decisions toward yourself and the good interest of others. magnate (1957,p2) in his lecture Eros to Agape calls this take aim Philia and the Holy Quran calls it lawwamah, and the spiritual development is the take aim where he/she naturally express dearest and good will for everyone without compulsion or self gain. Martin Luther King Jr. in his lecture Eros to Agape calls this direct Agape and the Holy Quran calls it mutmainnah.
The physical direct is the level where members have to overcome the influences of their personal life on their team life.



Information famed in religious literature states that this is the level where he/she behaves like the animal and have a propensity to submit to our lower desires and physical influences similar to the brute or animal Holy Quran( 1998, p.472). In order to plan projects as a team we cant submit to this level of behaving. It is suggested that the business structure of an organization should also be determine before assessing leaders in every company Rivers, C. , & Sprier S.( 2008, p.29-30,2p) Malhorta, D. , Ku, G. , & Murnighan, K.(2008, p.78-86) noted that they can also stop irrational competitive air from escalating by addressing the cause of competitive arousal.
