NORTH CAROLINA In 1891 the University of North Carolina at Greensboro was founded by the read of North Carolina, only it was not called University of north Carolina at Greensboro, it was differentiate Normal & Industrial School. In 1963 there was a law that said all state colleges must admit both sexes into their program of education.
